Sexuality is deeply personal, and there is no “right” way to experience it. I help you unpack cultural and personal conditioning so you can reclaim your pleasure without guilt or fear.

Learning to listen to your body and set boundaries is key to feeling safe and connected. I guide you through practices that help you trust yourself, communicate your needs, and embrace intimacy with confidence.

Hi, I’m Evangela and I have experienced a lot of trauma in my life that has effected how I show up for myself and in relationships. As a result I have had a great desire to help people not to suffer as I have in their journey of healing. I hope to be able to support you in your journey to remembering/defining who you are and deciding what you want in your life. You are not alone.
