Service Description

Individual 1 off coaching sessions. I act as a compassionate and supportive guide as we do the work together for you to heal in ways that are meaningful to you. We will meet at an agreed upon interval to help you live a life that is in alignment with who you want to be. *Receive support for your healing *Discuss what healing looks like for you *Learn to have healthier relationships with yourself & then others *Set internal boundaries & then communicate those boundaries to others *Understand the language of compassion *Hear the inner critic with compassion *Tell your story in a safe & empathetic environment *Understand what your body is saying to you *Heal from the unhealthy messages that you have received throughout your life *Understand the language of forgiveness (NO you do not have to forgive) *Compassion pricing is available please reach out if you need help*

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in no refund per the terms of the agreement.
